Just got an update on the on-going issue with officially supplying ZoL
with Debian GNU/Linux.

It seems the DPL (Debian Project Leader) and the Debian Legal team have
bumped the issue about ZoL/CDDL to the SFLC.

Apparently, that's https://www.softwarefreedom.org.

The Software Freedom Law Center provides pro-bono legal services
to developers of Free, Libre, and Open Source Software.

So I don't think we'll get an answer from THEM in years to come! At least
not until Jessie is released...

I would interpret this as very good news! The SFLC is a great group, and
Debian passing it off to them sounds like real progress towards getting
a firm answer.
